Pecs workout: What you need to know about the incline dumbbell press

The Incline Dumbbell Press – with a twist!

Use an incline bench set to less than 30 degrees and hold the dumbbells with your arms out above you and with the palms of your hands facing one another. Lower your arms out to the sides and while doing so rotate your hands so that the thumbs end up pointed towards the ceiling. Raise both arms back to their starting position above yourself and repeat the same movement again.
